IXI Academy Inc. (“IXI Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the IXI Academy mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy is intended to help users understand how information is handled when using our Services and to support our app store disclosures.

If you use Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, we may receive limited profile and account information made available by that provider, subject to your account settings and permissions.
B. Subscription and Purchase Information
If you subscribe to paid features, we may collect or receive information related to:
• subscription status,
• entitlement status,
• purchase or transaction identifiers,
• renewal or cancellation status,
• and purchase restoration information.
We do not store your full payment card number ourselves. Payments are processed through Apple, Google, and related service providers.
C. App Functionality and Service Data
We may process limited technical and service information needed to provide the app, including:

• session-related service data,
• authentication/session tokens,
• and records necessary to secure, maintain, and provide access to the Services.

4. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect for Core App Use
Based on the current version of the app:
• we do not provide AI chat features,
• we do not provide voice or audio features,
• we do not use camera functionality,
• and we do not intentionally store user prompts or questions as part of core app use.
If these features are added in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to:
• create and manage user accounts,
• authenticate users and maintain secure sessions,
• provide access to app features,
• verify and manage active subscriptions,
• restore purchases and entitlements,
• communicate with users about support requests,
• maintain, secure, and improve the reliability of the Services,
• comply with legal obligations,
• and enforce our terms, policies, and rights.
We do not sell personal information.
Google Play requires that your privacy policy explain how data is collected, used, and shared, and that it be consistent with in-app disclosures and store disclosures. 
6. Third-Party Services We Use
We use certain third-party service providers to operate the Services.
Firebase / Firestore
We use Firebase and Firestore in connection with app functionality, including authentication and related account/service operations. Firebase states that developers are responsible for accurately disclosing the data practices associated with the Firebase products they use. 
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions and entitlements. RevenueCat states that developers are responsible for disclosing end-user data practices in their own privacy policy, and RevenueCat’s platform guidance specifically notes disclosure of purchases/purchase history in app store privacy settings. 
Apple and Google Platform Services
We use Apple App Store and Google Play services for app distribution, subscription billing, purchase restoration, and related platform functionality.
7. How We Share Information
We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services or comply with law.
We may share information with:
• service providers that help us operate authentication, account management, app infrastructure, and subscription services,
• platform providers such as Apple and Google to process purchases, subscriptions, and app distribution,
• and legal authorities or advisors where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share user information for third-party advertising purposes based on the current version of the app.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
• provide the Services,
• maintain account access,
• verify subscription status and entitlements,
• resolve support issues,
• comply with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations,
• and protect against fraud, abuse, or security issues.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete it, anonymize it, or securely retain it only where legally required.
Google Play policy expects the privacy policy to describe retention and deletion practices. 
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Firebase describes privacy and security measures at the platform level, but developers remain responsible for the overall privacy and security design of their apps. 
10. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with applicable law.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
• request access to personal information we hold about you,
• request correction of inaccurate information,
• request deletion of certain information,
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
• and contact us with privacy-related concerns or requests.

12. Children’s Privacy
IXI Academy is intended for a general audience and is not presented as a child-directed service. If we become aware that personal information has been collected in circumstances requiring parental consent under applicable law, we may take steps to investigate and delete such information where appropriate.
13. App Store and Play Store Disclosures
Our Apple App Store privacy responses and Google Play Data safety disclosures are intended to reflect the current version of the app and should be read together with this Privacy Policy. Apple requires accurate privacy disclosures for app and partner data collection, and Google Play requires a valid, public privacy policy that matches the app’s real data practices. 
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and post the revised version on this page.
